TrustPoint Disability & Legal Services was founded by Quyen "Quinnie" Do to bring affordable, accurate legal document preparation to San Jose families and businesses — without the overhead of hourly attorney billing. As a Registered Legal Document Assistant, our office prepares the paperwork; our clients keep the direction.

For years before founding TrustPoint, Quinnie watched families across Santa Clara County get caught between two frustrating options. Attorneys charged hundreds of dollars an hour for routine paperwork that didn't need litigation. Self-help kiosks handed out blank forms with no one to answer basic procedural questions.
California's Business & Professions Code §§ 6400–6415 created a third path: the Asisten Dokumen Hukum Terdaftar. Trained, bonded, and regulated non-attorneys authorized to prepare court-filed documents at a client's specific direction — faster and more affordable than an attorney, and with hands-on support the self-help kiosks could never offer.
TrustPoint opened its doors on Blossom Hill Road with a simple promise: flat fees in writing, accurate paperwork, and no hidden hourly billing. Over a decade later, that promise still runs the office. Quinnie personally reviews every trust package, name change petition, deed transfer, and business formation before it leaves the door.

Inside the Office
TrustPoint operates from one office in South San Jose — no branches, no outsourcing, no hand-offs. Every document is prepared in-house, reviewed by Quinnie, and filed directly at the Santa Clara County Superior Court.
The office is co-located with Fingerscan Digital Inc., which provides fingerprinting and apostille services for clients whose matters require them. It's a sister operation, not a substitute: TrustPoint does the document preparation; Fingerscan Digital handles fingerprinting and apostilles.
