Welcome to TrustPoint Disability & Legal Services LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
We are a California-registered Legal Document Assistant (LDA) business. As LDAs, we provide legal document preparation services at your specific direction. We are not attorneys, and we cannot represent you in court, provide legal advice, or select forms for you without your instructions.
We provide non-attorney assistance with the preparation and processing of legal documents, including but not limited to:
Estate Planning (living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives)
Family Law documents
Civil case documents (small claims, unlawful detainer, bankruptcy, etc.)
Social Security Disability (SSDI/SSI) and IHSS support paperwork
Business formation and related filings
Apostille, notary, and process serving services
All services are performed strictly at your direction. You are solely responsible for the choices you make regarding your legal matter.
We are not attorneys.
We cannot provide legal advice, legal strategy, or opinions about your matter.
We cannot represent you in court or communicate with the opposing party or their attorney on your behalf.
If you need legal advice, we strongly recommend that you consult with a licensed attorney.
When using our services, you agree to:
Provide complete and accurate information to the best of your knowledge.
Review all prepared documents for accuracy before filing or submission.
Make all decisions regarding your legal matter independently or with advice from a licensed attorney.
Pay all required court filing fees, government fees, and service fees directly.
All fees will be disclosed in writing prior to starting your services.
Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed.
Court costs, filing fees, and third-party fees are not included in our service fees.
Fees paid are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
We respect your privacy. All personal and case information you provide will be kept confidential except as required by law or with your written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
TrustPoint Disability & Legal Services LLC shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of our services.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for the outcomes of your legal matter, and that our role is limited to document preparation under your direction.
Your use of our services does not create an attorney-client relationship. Our role is strictly limited to clerical assistance with legal documents at your request.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most recent version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
