Can TrustPoint serve clients outside Santa Clara County?

Yes. While TrustPoint is registered as Legal Document Assistant #268 in Santa Clara County, California LDAs may prepare legal documents for clients located anywhere in California. We serve clients across all 58 California counties through secure remote intake — phone, video, encrypted document portal, mail — and in person at our San Jose office.

How does remote document preparation work?

Our remote process has four steps: (1) A free phone or video consultation to identify the documents you need; (2) A secure online intake form and encrypted document upload; (3) We prepare your documents and deliver them via secure portal or mail for review and signature; (4) Notarization is arranged locally to you, and filing is handled by us or by you depending on your county. Most matters complete within 5–10 business days.

Do I have to come to San Jose to use TrustPoint?

No. In-person visits at our San Jose office are welcome but not required. The majority of our document preparation work — including living trusts, probate filings, name changes, business formation, and civil documents — can be completed entirely remotely with no need to travel.

If your case requires legal advice or court representation, we will refer you to a licensed California attorney instead of taking your case.

What languages does TrustPoint support?

TrustPoint provides services in English, Vietnamese, and Spanish. If you require another language, we can arrange for a qualified translator at the time of your consultation.

Where exactly is the San Jose office located?

Our office is located at 434 Blossom Hill Road, San Jose, CA 95123, in the Blossom Hill / Almaden Valley area of South San Jose. Free parking is available on site. We are conveniently accessible from Highway 85, Highway 87, and the Almaden Expressway.
